
Ingredients:
• 4 Salmon Filets
• 1/3 tsp. Smoked Paprika
• Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Sauce:
• 1 tbsp. Sriracha Sauce
• 2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
• 2 tsp. Olive Oil
• 2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
• 2 tbsp. Water
• 2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
• 2 tbsp. Butter
• 4 Clove Garlic, minced
• 1/3 tbsp. Sesame Seeds
Instructions:
• Place salmon on surface seasoning on both sides with smoked paprika and salt, black pepper to taste.
• Place the salmon in a skillet over med high heat and cook on both sides for 3 minutes.
• In a saucepan over med high, add in the sauce ingredients and stir until thickened. Baste sauce over the salmon.
• Place the cooked salmon on plate and serve.
