Roasted Butternut Squash

This roasted butternut squash is so easy to make with butternut squash, garlic and salt, black pepper to season. This recipe is Fall favor in my kitchen.

Ingredients:

• 1 Butternut Squash, peeled and cut in cubes

• 1 Clove Garlic, minced

• Salt and Black Pepper to taste

• Olive Oil for drizzling

Instructions:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees

• Place the cubed butternut squash on baking sheet and add in minced garlic and season with salt, black pepper, drizzle with olive oil.

• Bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown and let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
