Chicken Marsala

This Chicken Marsala is a Italian recipe with chicken breast in a mushroom sauce.

How To Cook Chicken Marsala

The Ingredients:

• Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts

• Fresh Mushrooms

• Garlic Powder

• Flour

• Butter

• Heavy Cream

• Marsala Wine

• Salt

• Black Pepper

The Instructions:

• Place the chicken breast on cutting board and cut the chicken in half.

• In a bowl add in the flour, garlic powder, salt and black pepper, mix well and coated the chicken breast on both sides.

• In a skillet over med high heat, melted butter and cook the chicken until doneness. Drain off excess greased on paper lined plate.

• In same skillet add butter, mushroom, saute until tender, stirring occasionally.

• Add in  heavy cream and wine, stir and add in the cooked chicken breast, let it simmer about 15 minutes until bubbly hot.

Notes:

• After you cut the chicken breast in half and then pound it with meat into 1/4 inch thickness.

• You can serve the chicken marsala over egg noodles or rice.


Chicken Marsala

This Chicken Marsala is so easy to make and it have delicious sauce over chicken.

Ingredients:

• 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast

• 1 cup Flour

• 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder

• 2 tbsp. Butter

• 1 pint Fresh Mushrooms

• 1 Clove Garlic, minced

• 1/2 cup Heavy Cream

• 2/4 Marsala Wine

• Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Place the chicken breast on cutting board and cut it in half, trim off the fat. Place chicken breast in a shallow bowl and add in the flour, coating on both sides.

2. In a skillet over med high heat, add in the butter until melted and place the chicken breast in the hot skillet. Sear the chicken breast on both sides and take chicken breast out of the skillet. Place the sear chicken breast on a plate.

3.  In the skillet, add in butter, mushroom, saute until tender, stirring occasionally.

4. Add in heavy cream, and wine, stir, add in the chicken breast, let simmer for 15 minutes until bubbly hot.

5. Serve over noodles.
