Hasselback Potatoes

Hassleback Potatoes are so tender and season with salt, black pepper.

Ingredients:

• 3 or 4 Yukon Potatoes, wash, pat dry

• 4 tbsp. Unsalted Butter, melted

• 4 Clove Garlic

• Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 250 degrees and greased baking dish with cooking spray.

Place the potatoes on cutting board and use a sharp knife to sliced 1/4 inch apart to make slits in the potatoes.

Place the potatoes in bowl and season with salt and black pepper.

Place the potatoes in the baking dish and brush each potato with melted butter.

Bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown and let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
