Country Fried Steak

Country Fried Steak is a classic recipe that’s so easy to make with cubed steak and white gravy.

Ingredients:

• 6 Cubed Steaks

• 2 cans Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup

• 3 cup Water

• 1/2 Onions, sliced

• 1 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour

• 1 1/2 cup Buttermilk

• 2 Eggs, beaten

• Salt and Black Pepper to taste

• Vegetable Oil for frying

Gravy:

• 2/4 cup All-Purpose Flour

• 3 cup Milk

• 3 tbsp. Vegetable Oil

• Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Ingredients:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a baking sheet with cooking spray.

In three shallow bowls, in one bowl add in the eggs, in another bowl add in the buttermilk and in third bowl add in the flour.

Dredge the cubed steak in the egg and then buttermilk, and now in the flour. Complete these steps until all is done.

Place the breaded cubed steak on greased baking sheet and bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown and let it cool for 10 minutes.

Make the white gravy, in a saucepan add all the ingredients and stirring occasionally let it simmer until thickened.

Place country fried steak and pour white gravy over top. Serve.
