Shepherd Pie

This Shepherd Pie is made with ground beef, mixed veggies and top with leftover mashed potatoes.

Ingredients:

• 1lb. Cooked Ground Beef

• 1 bag of Frozen Mixed Vegetables

• 1 bag of Frozen Whole Kernel Corn

• 1 can Cream Style Corn

• 1 cup Milk

• 1 stick Butter, softened

• Salt and Black Pepper to taste

• Leftovers Mashed Potatoes or Box of Instant Mashed Potatoes

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a baking dish with cooking spray.

In the greased baking dish, layer the beef on the bottom and add in cream style corn, frozen corn and mixed veggies.

Use leftovers mashed potatoes or make instant mashed potatoes with milk, butter according to package instructions.

Layer mashed potatoes on top of the dish.

Bake for 30 minutes until light golden brown and let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
