Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

This Pumpkin Seeds are toasted in oven to serve during the Fall season.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup Raw Pumpkin Seeds

• 2 tbsp. Melted Butter

• Salt to taste

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a baking sheet with cooking spray.

Place the pumpkin seeds on baking sheet and pour melted butter over top, season with salt.

Bake for 45 minutes until light golden brown and stir between cooking time.

Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
