Pear Sauce

Pear Sauce is easy recipe to make with fresh pears, cinnamon, ginger and vanilla extract.

Ingredients:

• 8 Fresh Pears, cored and cut into pieces

• 1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon

• 2 Fresh Lemon Juice from one lemon

• 1/3 tsp. Ground Ginger

• 1/3 tsp. Vanilla Extract

Instructions:

• In a saucepan over med high heat, add in the lemon juice, cinnamon and water, stir well combined and place a lid on the saucepan, let it simmer about 30 minutes.

Use a blender to blend the pears until smooth. Store it in airtight container and it will last up to 4 days in the fridge.
