
Ingredients:
• 1lb. Boneless Chicken Breast, slice in bite chunks
• 1 Egg
• 2 cup Plain Breadcrumbs
• 3 cup All-Purpose Flour
• 1/2 tsp. Salt
• 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
• 1/2 tsp. Red Chili Powder
• Vegetable Oil for frying
Instructions:
Preheat a skillet with hot oil.
In three shallow bowls, add in one bowl the flour, garlic powder, red chili powder, black pepper, mix well.
In the second shallow bowl, add in egg and third shallow bowl, add in the breadcrumbs.
Place chicken chunks in the flour, egg and breadcrumbs. Repeat this steps until finished.
In a skillet with hot oil, cook the breaded chicken chunks in batches until light golden brown and done. Place the chicken nuggets on paperlined plate to drain off excess grease. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
