
Ingredients:
• 1 Cabbage, finely diced
• 2 Carrots, peeled and finely diced
• 1/2 Onion, finely diced
Coleslaw Dressing:
• 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
• 1/2 tbsp. White Vinegar
• 1/2 tbsp. Cider Vinegar
• 2 tsp. Sugar
• Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a bowl, add in the mayonnaise and white vinegar, cider vinegar, sugar and salt, black pepper, stir until combined.
In another bowl, add in cabbage, carrots and onions, pour mayonnaise mixture over it, coating it.
Store the coleslaw in the fridge until ready to serve. Keep it in airtight container and it will last up to 4 days.
