Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes


Ingredients:

• 4 Potatoes, peeled and sliced

• 1 Onion, sliced in rings

• 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

• 1 1/2 cup Milk

• 3 tbsp. Melted Butter

• 3 tbsp. Flour

• Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a baking dish with cooking spray.

Place sliced potatoes on the bottom of dish and layer the onion rings, season with salt, black pepper. Repeat until all layers are done.

In a saucepan over med high heat, add in the butter until melted and add in the flour, salt, simmer. Stir in the milk and cook until thickened about 5 minutes.

Add in the cheese, stirring until melted. Pour the cheese sauce over the potatoes.

Bake for 1 hour until potatoes are tender and cheese sauce is bubbly hot.
