Stuffed Pepper Soup

This Stuffed Pepper Soup is filled with beef, bell peppers and rice.

Ingredients:

• 1lb. Ground Beef

• 1 Onion, diced

• 1 Red Bell Peppers, diced

• 1 Green Bell Peppers, diced

• 1 can Tomato Sauce

• 2 cups Cooked White Rice

• 2 cans Diced Tomatoes

• 2 cups Beef Broth

• 4 Cloves Garlic, minced

• 1 1/4 tsp. Italian Seasoning

• Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Instructions:

In a pot over med high heat, add in the ground beef and cook until done. Drain off excess grease. Place beef back in the skillet.

Add in the onions, bell peppers, cook until tender. Add in the garlic and stir in diced tomatoes, tomatoes pasta, season with salt and black pepper, stirring occasionally. Bring it to a boil and cook for 20 minutes.

Stir in the rice cook for 2 minutes and serve on serving platter.
