Creamy Spinach

This Creamy Spinach is made with fresh baby spinach with creamy cheese sauce.


Ingredients:

• 1lb. Fresh Baby Spinach

• 1 Yellow Onion, finely chopped

• 2 tbsp. Unsalted Butter

• 3 Cloves Garlic, minced

• 1/2 tsp. Salt

• 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper

• 1/2 cup Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions:

In a pot over med high heat, melt the butter and add in the onion, salt, black pepper, cook for about 4 minutes.

Add in the spinach and cook until wilted for about 5 minutes. Add in the garlic, cook until tender.

Add cream cheese and continue cooking until cream cheese is melted. Add in the cheese , mix well combined.

Season with salt and black pepper to serve.
