
Ingredients:
• 4 Sweet Potatoes, cut in wedges
• 1 tbsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
• 1 tsp. Salt
• Vegetable Oil for frying
Instructions:
Place the sweet potato wedges in a bowl and season it with pumpkin pie spice, salt, coated both sides.
Heat a fry daddy with oil, place the sweet potato fries in batches to cook through. Drain off excess grease on paperlined plate.
Serve sweet potato fries with your favorite dipping sauce.
