Pecan Brittle

This Pecan Brittle is made with pecans, corn syrup and flavored with vanilla extract.

Ingredients:

• 2 cup Pecans

• 1 cup Sugar

• 1/3 cup White Corn Syrup

• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 1 tsp. Butter

• 1 tsp. Baking Soda

Instructions:

In a microwave safe bowl, add in the pecans, sugar and corn syrup, mix and about 3 minutes.

Add in the butter and vanilla extract and stir, cook for 3 minutes.

Add in the baking soda, stir until foamy.

Pour mixture into greased baking sheet, let it cool for 1 hour and use back of spoon to crack pecan brittle.
