
Ingredients:
• 1lb. Lean Ground Turkey
• 1/4 cup Plain Breadcrumbs
• 2 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
• 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
• 1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
• 1/2 tsp. Salt
• Whole Wheat Buns
• Mayonnaise
• Mashed Avocado
• Toppings: Lettuce, Tomato, Red Onions
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, add in the ground turkey, onion powder and garlic powder, breadcrumbs and Worcestershire sauce, salt, mix well with clean hands and form patties place on plate.
In a skillet over med high heat, cook the turkey patties in batches for 5 minutes on both sides until done.
Serve on wheat buns, mayonnaise and toppings.
