
Ingredients:
• 1lb. Fresh Shrimp with shell on
• Salt and Black Pepper to taste
• 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
• 1 Fresh Lemon Wedge
Cocktail Sauce:
• 1/2 cup Ketchup
• 1/2 cup Mild Chili Sauce
• 1/2 tsp. Hot Sauce
• 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
• 1 tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice from one Lemon
• 3 tbsp. Horseradish
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased baking sheet with cooking spray.
Place the thawed shrimp onto a baking sheet, drizzle olive oil on the shrimp and season with salt, black pepper to taste.
Bake for 10 minutes until turn pink and take shrimp out of the oven, transfer to serving platter.
Cocktail Sauce:
In a bowl, mix sauce ingredients until combined.
