Ingredients:

• 1 box of Chocolate Cake Mix

• 1 Egg

• 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil

• 10 Oreo Cookies plus more for garnish

Chocolate Frosting:

• 2 cups Chocolate Chips

• 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a Bundt cake pan with cooking spray.

In a mixing bowl, add in the cake mix and egg, oil, mix well.

In a food processor, add in the Oreos cookies and processor the cookies until crumbs.

Stir in the Oreos cookie crumbs in the cake batter and pour cake batter into greased Bundt cake pan.

Bake for 45 minutes until light golden brown and let it cool for 10 minutes.

Chocolate Frosting:

In a microwave safe bowl, add in the chocolate chips and pour in condensed milk, stir occasionally. Place in the microwave for 1 minutes while stirring in between until fluffy like frosting.

Assemble:

Place the Bundt cake on cake platter and frost the cake with chocolate frosting and garnish with Oreo cookies crumbs.
