BBQ Brisket

This BBQ brisket is tender, juicy smothered in homemade bbq sauce.

Ingredients:

• 5lb. Brisket

• 3 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce

• 1 tsp. Onion Powder

• 1 tsp. Garlic Powder

• 2 tsp. Salt

BBQ Sauce:

• 1 1/2 cups Ketchup

• 1/4 cup Yellow Mustard

• 1/4 cup Brown Sugar

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking dish with aluminum foil.

In a bowl, mix Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder and salt, until combined.

Pour the sauce in bottom of baking dish and place brisket on top of the sauce. Spoon the sauce over the brisket coating it well.

Make the BBQ sauce: In a saucepan over med high heat, add in the ingredients and stirring occasionally until thickened. Let it cool and baste the BBQ sauce over the brisket.

Place the baking dish in the oven , cover it with tin foil and bake for 1 hour until brisket is tender and sauce id bubbly hot. Let it rest for 10 minutes and slice.
