Swedish Meatballs with Noodles

This Swedish Meatballs With Noodles is delicious weeknight meal and make with homemade meatballs in creamy sauce over egg noodles.

Ingredients:

• 4 Egg Noodles, cooked

• 1lb. Ground Beef

• 1/2 cup Seasoned Breadcrumbs

• 1/2 Onion, minced

• 1/2 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped

• 1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce

• 1 cup Parmesan Cheese

• 2 cups Milk

• 2 cups Beef Broth

• Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, add in ground beef and onions, breadcrumbs, egg and salt, black pepper, mix well combined. With clean hands form beef mixture into a round balls.

Place the meatballs into hot oil skillet and cook for 1 minute on both sides.

Add in the milk, Worcestershire sauce and beef broth, mix well combined with cooked meatballs. Bring to a boil and let it simmer until thickened and bubbly.

In a pot of salty boiling water, boil the egg noodles until done, drain and stir noodles in the sauce.

Spoon it on a plate and add Parmesan cheese and cilantro. Enjoy!
