
Ingredients:
• 3 cups Self Rising Flour
• 1 1/2 tsp. Salt
• 2 tbsp. Granulated Sugar
• 1 cup Unsalted Butter, melted
• 1 cup Buttermilk
• 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
• 2 cups Fresh Strawberries, hulled and diced
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a baking sheet with cooking spray.
In a bowl of stand mixer, add in the flour, sugar and butter, beat well. Then add in the buttermilk, heavy cream, beat well. Stir in the strawberries until combined.
Transfer dough to a flour surface and roll the dough out with rolling pin. Now use a biscuit cutter to cut out 3 inch dough. Place it onto a greased baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes until light golden brown and let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
