Meringue Ghost Cookies

These meringue ghost Cookies are easy to make to serve at Halloween.

Ingredients:

• 4 Egg Whites

• 1/3 tsp. Cream of Tartar

• 2/4 cup Granulated Sugar

• 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• Melted Chocolate for eyes and mouth using a piping bag

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 225 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl of stand mixer, beat the egg whites until frothy.

Add in the cream of tartar, best for 3 minutes until egg whites are soft peaks.

Add in the granulated sugar and vanilla extract, beat well combined.

Pour the meringue batter in a piping bag and pipe dollops of meringue on the parchment paper lined baking sheet in ghost sizes.

Use another piping bag and add in the melted chocolate to make eyes and mouth.

Bake for 55 minutes and turn off the oven , leave it in oven for 1 hour.

Store in an airtight container and last up to 4 days.
