
Ingredients:
Oatmeal Cookies:
• 2 cups Self Rising Flour
• 1 tsp. Salt
• 1 cup Sugar
• 1 cup Brown Sugar
• 3 cups Rolled Oats
• 1 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
• 2 tbsp. Water
• 2 Eggs
Other Ingredients:
• 1 Store Brought Vanilla Frosting
• 1 bag of Marshmallows
• Red Food Coloring
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
Oatmeal Cookies:
In a mixing bowl, add in the flour, salt and sugar, brown sugar, mix well.
Add in the butter, water, eggs and stir in the oats, mix well combined.
Using a cookie scoop to scoop cookie dough onto a greased cookie sheet and bake for 25 minutes until light golden brown and let it cool for 10 minutes.
Assemble:
Stir in red food coloring to vanilla frosting, mix well combined.
Spread the red icing on the bottom of cookies and add marshmallows on the rim of half cookies. Place another cookie on top. Serve.
