
Ingredients:
• 1 box Red Velvet Cake Mix
• 2 Eggs
• 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
Cream Cheese Frosting:
• 8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
• 1/3 cup Butter, softened
• 1 tbsp. Heavy Cream
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 2 cups Confectioners’ Sugar
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a baking sheet with cooking spray.
In a mixing bowl, add all the cake ingredients and using clean hands form cake batter into balls and place on the baking sheet. Bake for 35 minutes and let it cool for 10 minutes.
Cream Cheese Frosting:
In a bowl of stand mixer, beat the cream cheese and butter. Add in the vanilla extract, confectioners’ sugar, beat well combined and fluffy.
Assemble:
Spread the frosting on half of the cookie and top it off with another cookie, keep repeating until all is completely. Serve
