
Instructions:
• 1 box of Brownie Mix
• 1 Egg
• 1/2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
• 1/3 tbsp. Water
• 1 package of Caramel Candy, unwrap
• 4 tbsp. Heavy Cream
• 1 2/4 cup Pecans, finely diced
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a baking dish with cooking spray.
In a bowl, mix brownie mix, egg and oil, water until combined. Pour the batter into the baking dish and bake for 35 minutes. Remove the brownies from the oven and let it cool for 15 minutes.
In a microwave safe bowl, place the caramel in the bowl and microwave for 45 seconds until melted and smooth.
Stir the pecans in a caramel until combined.
Pour the caramel/pecans over the brownies and chill in the fridge for 45 minutes.
Cut and Serve.
