Copycat Arby’s Beef & Cheddar Sandwich

Arby’s Beef and Cheddar sandwich is made with sliced roast beef, cheddar cheese sauce and red ranch sauce on a toasted onion bun

Ingredients:

Roast Beef Sandwich:

• 1 package Sliced Roast Beef

• 4 Onion Sandwich Buns

Arby’s Red Ranch Sauce:

• 1/2 tsp. Apple Cider Vinegar

• 1/4 cup Ketchup

• 1 tsp. Water

• 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce

• 1/8 tsp. Onion Powder

• 1/8 tsp. Garlic Powder

• 1/8 tsp. Salt

Arby’s Cheese Sauce:

• 1 cup Cheez Whiz

• 2 tbsp. Milk

• 1/4 cup Shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions:

In a bowl, add in the red ranch sauce ingredients until combined.

In a saucepan, add in the Cheez Whiz, milk and cheddar cheese, stir until cheese is melted.

Roast Beef Sandwich:

In a skillet place sliced roast beef with water and place the lid on the skillet. Steam the roast beef about 4 minutes.

Assemble:

Place bottom onion bun on plate and add red sauce, roast beef, cheese sauce and place the top on. Serve.
