Coconut Cookies

Coconut cookies is chewy inside and crispy on the edges, flavored with coconut.

Ingredients:

• 1 1/3 cup Self Rising Flour

• 1/3 tsp. Salt

• 1/3 cup Sugar

• 1/2 cups Brown Sugar

• 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter

• 1 Egg, at room temperature

• 1 2/4 cup Flaked Coconut

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a cookie sheet with cooking spray.

In a mixing bowl, add in flour, sugar, brown sugar and salt, mix well.

Add in butter, egg and flaked coconut, mix well combined.

Use a cookie scoop to scoop the cookie dough onto a greased cookie sheet.

Bake for 10 minutes and let it cool for 10 minutes before transfer to wire rack.
