
Ingredients:
Donut:
• 2 1/3 cup Self Rising Flour
• 1/2 tsp. Salt
• 1 tbsp. Ground Cinnamon
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
• 3/4 cup Light Brown Sugar
• 3/4 cup Buttermilk
• 3/4 cup Sour Cream
• 8 tbsp. Unsalted Butter, softened
• 2 Eggs
Cinnamon Sugar Topping:
• 2 1/3 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
• 1 cup Granulated Sugar
Glaze:
• 2 cups Powered Sugar
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1/4 cup Milk
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a donut pan with cooking spray.
In a bowl of stand mixer, add in the flour, salt, sugar and brown sugar, best well.
Add in the sour cream, buttermilk, butter and egg one at time, beat well combined.
Pour the batter into donut tins and bake for 10 minutes until risen and until light golden brown. Let it cool for 10 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, mix cinnamon, sugar combined. Dip the donuts into it and place on parchment paper baking sheet.
Mix the glaze ingredients and pour over the cinnamon sugar donuts.
