
Ingredients:
• 1 cup Self Rising Flour
• 1/2 tsp. Salt
• 2 tbsp. Sugar
• 1 cup Milk
• 1 Egg
• 2 tbsp. Butter, melted
• 1/4 cup Chocolate Chips
• Whipping Topping and Chocolate Chips for garnish
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, add in the flour, sugar and salt, mix well.
Pour in the milk and add egg, butter, mix well. Stir in the chocolate chips, mix well combined.
In a skillet over med high heat, pour the batter in batches and flip both sides until light golden brown.
Place it on plate and garnish with whipped cream and chocolate chips.
