
Ingredients:
Bundt Cake:
• 2 cups Self Rising Flour
• 2 cups Granulated Sugar
• 2/4 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
• 1/2 tsp. Salt
• 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 3/4 cup Sour Cream
• 3 Eggs, at room temperature
• 2/4 cup Unsalted Butter, melted
Chocolate Sauce Topping:
• 1 package Bittersweet Chocolate
• 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased Bundt cake pan with flour and oil.
In a bowl of stand mixer, add in the flour, sugar, salt and cocoa powder, beat well.
Add in the vanilla extract, sour cream, butter, egg one at time, beat well combined.
Pour cake batter into Bundt cake pan and bake for 45 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let it cool for 10 minutes before placing it on a cake plate.
Make The Chocolate Sauce Topping
In a saucepan over med high heat, add in chocolate and pour in the heavy cream, stirring occasionally until thickened.
Pour the chocolate sauce on top of the cake. Slice and serve.
