Lemon Muffins

Lemon muffins are moist and flavored with lemons and dust of powdered sugar.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups Self Rising Flour

• 1/3 cup Sugar

• 1 tbsp. Fresh Lemon Zest from one Lemon

• 1/3 cup Milk

• 1 Egg

• 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil

• Powdered Sugar for dusting

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a muffin pan with muffin paperlined cups.

In a mixing bowl, add in the flour, sugar, lemon zest, mix well.

Add in the milk and egg, mix well combined.

Pour the batter into the muffin tins and bake for 25 minutes until light golden brown. Let it cool for 10 minutes and transfer to serve plate, dust with powdered sugar.
