
Ingredients:
• 1 pint Fresh Cherries
• 1 cups Cocoa Powder
• 3/4 Granulated Sugar
• 1 cup Self Rising Flour
• 2/4 cup Cornstarch
• 2 tbsp. Brown Sugar
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1/4 cup Milk
• 2 Eggs
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a muffin pan with cooking spray.
In a mixing bowl, add in the flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar and brown sugar , cornstarch, mix well.
Add in the vanilla extract, milk and eggs, mix well. Stir in the cherries until combined.
Pour the batter into muffin tins and bake for 25 minutes and let it cool for 10 minutes. Serve.
