Fried Rice

Fried rice is made so easy with white rice, peas, carrots and onions , eggs.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups Cooked White Rice

• 1 Onion, diced

• 1 Cup Sweet Peas

• 1 cup Carrots, peeled and diced

• 1/2 cup Celery, diced

• 3 Clove Garlic, minced

• 3 tbsp. Butter

• 2 tbsp. Soy Sauce

• 2 tsp. Oyster Sauce

Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Instructions:

In a skillet, with butter cook the eggs until done. Remove scramble eggs to serve plate.

In the skillet, add in peas, carrots and garlic, salt, black pepper, let it saute for 6 minutes until veggies are tender.

Add in the cooked rice, soy sauce, oyster sauce and green onions, stir, let it simmer about 4 minutes. Stir in the eggs to combine.

Spoon the fried rice onto a plate and serve.
