Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie

Chocolate chip skillet cookie is gooey and chewy made with semi-sweet chocolate chips.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups Self Rising Flour

• 1 1/3 cup Light Brown Sugar

• 2 tbsp. Vanilla Extract

• 3 Eggs

• 1 cup Unsalted Butter, softened

• 2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a cast iron skillet with cooking spray.

In a mixing bowl, add in the flour, brown sugar, butter, vanilla extract and eggs one at time, mix well.

Stir in the chocolate chips, mix well combined.

Pour the cookie batter into the cast iron skillet and bake for 35 minutes and let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
