Homemade Strawberry Pop Tarts

These pot tarts are homemade is made with strawberry preserves in a flaky pastry.

Ingredients:

• 1 store brought Pie Crust

• 2 cups Strawberry Jam from 1 jar of Strawberry Jam

• 1 Egg, beaten

• 1 Store Brought Strawberry Frosting

• Rainbow Sprinkles to garnish on top

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

• Take the pie crust out of the package and line a surface and cut large rectangle out. Repeat until it’s done.

Spoon the strawberry jam in the center of pie crust and fold crust over. Use a fork to press to seal around the edges.

Place the pop tarts on baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes until light golden brown. Let it cool for 10 minutes.

Remove from pan to a wire rack and spread strawberry frosting on each one and sprinkle with rainbow sprinkles.
