
Ingredients:
• 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
• 1/2 tsp. Salt
• 1 cup Light Brown Sugar
• 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1/2 Unsalted Butter, softened
Instructions:
In a bowl of stand mixer, add in the brown sugar, beat until fluffy.
Add in the vanilla extract, beat well and add flour, beat well combined. Stir in the chocolate chips. Mix well.
Notes:
• Don’t have to bake cookie dough and won’t bake in the oven.
• Store the cookie dough in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week. Store in the freezer for up to 6 months.
