
Ingredients:
• 1 1/4 cup Self Rising Flour
• 1 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
• 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
• 1/2 cup Milk
• 2 Eggs
• 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
• 3/4 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
• 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
• 1 cup Pecans, chopped
Ingredients:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a muffin pan with cooking spray.
In a mixing bowl, add in the flour, cocoa powder, sugar and chocolate chips, mix well using a electric mixer.
Add in the milk, oil and eggs one at time, beat well. Spoon in the peanut butter and pecans,mix well combined.
Bake for 45 minutes and let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
