Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

Chocolate crinkle cookies are soft inside and crispy on the edges with flavored of cocoa powder with powdered sugar.

Ingredients:

• 1 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar

• 1 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

• 2 cup Self Rising Flour

• 2 tbsp. Vanilla Extract

• 1 cup Powdered Sugar

• 2 Eggs

• 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a cookie sheet with cooking spray.

In a mixing bowl, add in the flour, sugar and cocoa powder mix well.

Add in the vanilla extract, oil, eggs one at time, mix well combined.

Roll the dough into balls and drizzle the dough balls in powdered sugar.

Place the cookie dough on a cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes and let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
