Cherry Hand Pies

Cherry hand Pies is made with cherry pie filling and fried to light golden brown.

Ingredients:

• 1 package Pillsbury Pie Crust

• 2 cans Cherry Pie Filling

• 1 Egg, beaten

• 1 tbsp. Water

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a baking sheet with cooking spray.

Unroll the pie crust onto surface and cut out the dough in circle in a crust.

Place the dough on the baking sheet and spoon the cherry pie filling in the center and seal it up. Use a fork to press on the edges.

In a bowl, mix egg and water and brush each top of pie crust.

Bake for 20 minutes until light golden brown and let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
