Butterscotch Cookies

Butterscotch cookies are soft inside and crispy around the edges with flavored of butterscotch chips.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup Self Rising Flour

• 1 cup Sugar

• 1 cup Butter

• 1 cup Butterscotch Chips

• 1 Egg

• 1/4 tsp. Salt

• 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 2 tsp. Cream of Tartar

Ingredients:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a cookie sheet with cooking spray.

In a mixing bowl, add in flour, sugar and salt, mix well.

Add in the butter, vanilla extract and cream of tartar, egg, mix well combined. Stir in the butterscotch chips until combined.

Use a cookie scoop, scoop the cookie dough onto a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes until light golden brown. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
