Apple Upside Down Cake

Apple upside down cake is moist and made with red apples, cake mix.

Ingredients:

• 4 Red Apples, peeled, cored and sliced

• 1 box Yellow Cake Mix

• 2 Eggs

• 1/2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased baking pan with cooking spray.

Lay the apple slices on the bottom of the cake pan.

In a bowl mix together the cake mix, eggs and oil, until combined.

Pour over the top of layers of sliced apples and bake for 45 minutes until light golden brown. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
