
Ingredients:
• 2 cups Self Rising Flour
• 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, at room temperature
• 1 Egg
• 3/4 cup Sugar
• 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1/2 tsp. Peppermint Extract
• 1/2 cup Crushed Peppermint Candy
• 3/4 cup White Chocolate Chips
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
In a mixing bowl, add in flour, sugar and vanilla extract, peppermint extract, butter, mix well.
Stir in the peppermint candies and white chocolate chips, mix well.
Use a cookie scoop, scoop the cookie batter into the cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes and let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
