Strawberry Shortcake

Strawberry shortcake is a sweet biscuit with strawberry sauce and whipped topping.

Ingredients:

• 1 can Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits

Strawberry Mixture:

• 1 pint Fresh Strawberries, stem removed and sliced

• 2 tbsp. Sugar

• Cool Whip and Fresh Strawberries to garnish

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a baking sheet with cooking spray. Place canned biscuits on the baking sheet and bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown. Take it out of the oven and let cool for 10 minutes.

Make the sauce, in a bowl add in strawberries and sugar, mix well.

Place bottom of biscuit on the plate and add cool whip, fresh strawberries and top with biscuit, add cool whip, strawberries. Serve.
