Raspberry Thumbprint Cookies

These thumbprint cookies is fill with raspberry jam.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup Self Rising Flour

• 1/2 cup Sugar

• 1 tbsp. Vanilla Extract

• 1 cup Milk

• 1 Egg Yolks

• 2 sticks Butter

• 2 cups Raspberry Jam

Ingredients:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a cookie sheet with cooking spray.

In a mixing bowl, add in the flour, sugar and butter, mix well.

Add in the vanilla extract and milk, egg yolks, mix well combined.

Use a cookie scoop, to scoop on a cookie sheet. Use a back of spoon to make a hole in the center.

Bake for 20 minutes until light golden brown and take it out of the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.

Spoon raspberry jam in the center and serve.
