
Ingredients:
• 1lb. Chicken Tenderloins
• 1 cup Buttermilk
• 2 Eggs
• 2 cups Panko Breadcrumbs
• Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Instructions:
In three shallow plates, add in one plate the buttermilk and second one eggs, beaten and third one add in the breadcrumbs.
Take the chicken tenders, dredge in the buttermilk and eggs, coated it will breadcrumbs.
In a skillet over med high heat with hot oil, place the coated chicken fingers into hot oil until crispy and done. Place on a paperlined plate to drain off excess grease.
Serve the fried chicken fingers with favorite dipping sauce.
