
Ingredients:
• 1 cup Fresh Broccoli, chopped
• 1 Onion, diced
• 3/4 cup Chicken Broth
• 1 cup Milk
• 1/3 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
• Salt and Black Pepper to taste
• Round Sourdough Bread
Instructions:
In a large pot over med high heat, add in the butter until melt. Add in the onions, cook about 5 minutes.
Stir in the flour, cook for 3 minutes. Pour in the chicken broth and salt , black pepper to taste.
Add in the broccoli, let it simmer about 10 minutes until tender.
Pour in the milk, stir, cook for 3 minutes until thickened.
Remove from heat and add in cheese, stir until melted.
Cut the top of bread and spoon the soup inside. Enjoy!
