
Ingredients:
• 1 cup Cake Flour
• 1 1/4 cup Egg Whites
• 1 cup Sugar, divided
• 1 1/4 tsp. Cream of Tartar
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1/4 tsp. Almond Extract
• 1/4 tsp. Salt
Instructions:
In a bowl of stand mixer, beat egg whites and let stand room temperature.
In another bowl, add in the flour and sugar, soft, Set aside.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a tube cake pan with cooking spray.
In the bowl of stand mixer with egg whites and add in the cream of tartar, vanilla extract and almond extract, beat until soft peaks, Add in more sugar, best well combined and fold in the flour mixture, mix well.
Pour the batter in greased tube cake pan and bake for 45 minutes until lightly golden brown and let it cool for 50 minutes before placing it on cake platter.
