
Ingredients:
• 6 Bone-In Pork Chops
• 1/4 cup Honey
• 1/4 cup Fresh Lemon Juice from one Lemon
• 2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
• 1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
• 1 Clove Garlic, crushed
• Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix honey, lemon juice and soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic and salt, black pepper, stir.
Pour in a freezer bag and add in the pork chops. Refrigerator it for 2 hours or overnight.
When ready to cook, place in a skillet with butter and sear on bottom sides. Place in the oven to cook completely and take it out of the oven. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
