
Ingredients:
• 2 cups Self Rising Flour
• 1/3 cup Sugar
• 4 tbsp. Cold Unsalted Butter
• 2 cups Fresh Strawberries, stem removed and chop into small pieces
• 1/2 cup Plain Yogurt
• 1 Eggs
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and greased a scone pan with cooking spray.
In bowl of stand mixer, add in the flour, sugar and butter, beat well.
Add in the yogurt and egg, strawberries, beat until combined.
Pour the batter into the scone pan and bake for 20 minutes until light golden brown. Take it oven and let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
