
Ingredients:
• 3/4 lb. Dry Sea Scallops, side muscle removed
• 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
• 3 tbsp. Butter, divided
• 1 tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice from one Lemon
• Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Instructions:

Pat dry the scallops with paper towel and season with salt, black pepper.
In a skillet over med high heat, add olive oil and add the seasoned scallops and cook on both sides until golden brown.
Add in the butter, garlic to the pan and cook, spoon the butter over scallops until cooked through about 3 minutes. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
